Refund policy
At Elec-Trace we accept exchange or refund for a period of 30 days after purchase. Item must be returned to WarmAll in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. The return of items is at the expense of the customer.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Return Process
1. **Initiate a Return:** Contact our customer service team at support@elect-trace.com
to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. **Prepare the Package:** Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all original materials and a copy of your proof of purchase.
3. **Ship the Item:** ship the package using a carrier of your choice to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is received.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within [48 hours] of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the return is due to an error on our part.
